Very unfriendly staff. I had issues w/ a sale and they give me a total runaround over a piece of crap air pump they sold me for $25! I will never go there again unless it is to get someunbelievably great deal on some clearance item that they have to sell below cost... Then again, I would be willing to pay full price at a store that actually cares about customer service!

Everytime I go into Chain Wheel Drive I am continuously treated like an idiot, and I am taking up there time. Any time I have needed any work done they always try and over sell what really needs to be done and overcharge me. This past weekend I went in to have my handle bars raised and they told me the only way was to have a $200 fit test, NOT including parts and laber to raise the handle bars.

Outspoken on Gulf to Bay and Belcher is just as bad, but with better customer service.

I truly RECOMMEND Energy Conservatory on Main St in Dunedin. They truly care about there customers, and insure you get exactly what you need for a reasonable price.

This shop has the nicest workers of any bike shop I've been to in the area. They really are just there to help. I live in St. Pete, but when I need a bike shop, I find time to drive up to clearwater just to go to this store.
