Took our daughter's car here to have carpet cleaned and the matting replaced after it was damaged in a flood. Picked it up the next day to find the carpet still wet, glue all over and some of the carpet not put back properly. I was also told that the gas pedal broke and that it was due to the water damage. They did offer to redo the carpet since they found the AC hose came loose and was leaking on the carpet after they installed it. When we asked them to fill out a form and send an estimate to State Farm regarding what happened to the gas pedal they never did. We asked several times and they ignored us. Kept giving us the run around stating they emailed us the information which we didn't receive. State Farm said there was no possible way water would rot a plastic/rubber pedal we we agree. Obviously this is why they wouldn't cooperate because they broke it when removing the carpet. They were very willing to order us one for $200.00 and put it on for no cost. This should've been replaced at no cost to us due to their mistake. Not a very good way to do business. Would not recommend.

These guys are great! They have done work for me several times with great results and service every time. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs interior or convertible top work done.

I would not consider going any other place. These guys know their business and they do an outstanding job at half the price of two other estimates I had. In and out on time and looks like new. During the procedure he found something else that needed to be done and threw the cost of that repair in. Looks like it did when the care left the showroom. Don't even look for another place to go. Quality work and great fair prices.

Absolutely superior company!!!!. As a retired senior military officer, I expect and respect top notch work. The owners, Tommy and Rick delivered! Purchased new, my pride and joy 2000 Lincoln Continental needed a new headliner. My wife and I were amazed at the result and obvious attention to detail....a work of art, creating a new headliner indistinguishable from the original. This is a generational business, and its future is in good hands as Rick JR was the architect of our installation. Give them your business; you will not be disappointed.

Took him my girlfriend's RAV 4, the removed 3 of the 4 seats to allow us to continue to operated the car during the week dropped the car off on Friday and was delivered completed the job with all seat installed for the week end, She was astatic with the completed product.

This company is bogus. They tell you what you want to hear just to keep you happy. My boyfriends Car was supposed to be done in one month, and so far the car has been there for almost four months now with only 25% of the job done. They are lazy fat liars. DO NOT GO TO C&S.They said they would start on the car in 3 to 4 weeks so we was aware of that but they didn't do anything to it until 4 months...maybe even longer. Lazy fat people. And when i would go visit to check on my car, everyone that worked there would be working on newer cars and ignore us. Horrible customer service, liars, and procrastinators
