the owner is a liar! i have had nothing but issues living here with the management and the owner.they are weeding out section 8 so beware.the current maintenance man is the only thing i like about this place and a few neighbors.no central air,no dishwasher,no hook-ups and they keep raising the rent every year and for what?? the heaters are all electric and are located beneath the drafty windows so most of your heat is wasted.the only gas furnace is located in the living room and it doesnt heat any other room so it is pointless to turn on.i went from one manager that was always here and causing trouble to one that is never here and causing trouble! the owner used to be a attorney so he uses scare tactics of made up rules mixed in with H.U.D rules cause he thinks we are all stupid and wont decipher his lies but i did.i figured it out one day and confronted the past manager about it and the look on her face was priceless! go to hell clearfield hills. zero rating from me,one star from yp.
