Nates Heating & Cooling

I called Nate after making a mistake and working with one of his competitors. After the work was already performed Nate was very professional and gave me excellent advice even though he didn't get my business this time. He answered my questions and spent time on the phone with me and it was greatly appreciated.

I explained to Nate that I felt I was being overcharged. Nate explained his pricing policy and after doing research on the actual part, I would have saved a couple hundred dollars going with Nate.

Believe me I will be putting Nate's number on my furnace for the next time I need help. I can't recommend him enough.

I would call on Nathan without hesitation. This is how I got to know him.

I flagged Nate down for help when our trailer got stuck going up a hill. I didn't know him, but he showed his character within moments. Nate was on his way to work, but he had an easy-going patience and kindness. With a smile on his face he unhitched his own trailer and got ours up the hill. And it wasn't quite as simple as it sounds!

Nate merely said that's the way we do things around here; we help each other out. He refused the money I offered, and somehow I knew he would. I wish I could convey not only how relieved we were to get the trailer up the hill for our journey home, but how impressed we are with Nate. He had nothing to gain by helping us out on a workday morning. But he showed nothing but friendliness.

I can't recommend him highly enough. He's a treasure!
