Johnston Psychiatric Associates, PA

I have been to Johnston Medical Center twice. The first time I had blood work done. I was offered a discount to pay early which i did. They sent me to collections for late payment and it took forever to straighten out. The second time I went in for a broken foot. They neglected to tighten the wing nuts on the crutches and I later took a fall in my home I called them about the situation since I live alone and their response was that they do not manufacture the crutches and therefore are not responsible for them. No apologies, I even talked to the hospital administrator.
