If you are wanting the worst medical experience of your life I HIGHLY recommend this office. The first time I arrived I was informed that my appointment was in Benson or Dunn ; it was NEVER mentioned that there was even another location! So being a new patient, I had to wait another four and a half weeks to be seen.���� Upon arrival and check in I found the office staff to be EXTREMELY loud and very unprofessional with their personal conversations. After waiting fifty one minutes I approached the counter to ask a question. The woman( I'll not mention her name) was engaged in a giggling personal conversation, saw and completely ignored me until she was through talking to her co-worker. After that it just went downhill. After waiting almost an hour the nurse arrived. She was confused acting, kept asking the same questions and ran in and out of the room continuously. When the p.a. arrived she ask me several questions about my condition and then some other nurse?? came in and ask her out for help. So now, once again,here I sit just waiting. FINALLY, the p.a. returned looked at me an said we can't help you. I didn't even question her . After almost three hours, I was quite ready to leave. Rejoining my husband (who had been in the waiting room) I said let's go they say they can't help me. As we walked to the car he said, after sitting there listening to that uncouth office staff he would NEVER allow me to use this practice! I just have one question: does that doctor not realize they are representing him? First impressions of his practice begins with them.

They are not professional. I went there 3 times and never once met the doctor. I was told I had to be seen by PA. This place is a disgrace to medical profession. I was in the waiting room and over heard the front desk staff talking about a patients business laughing and making fun of them. I decided I did not want to go to this practice any longer. I do not recommend this place unless you want people gossiping about information that should be confidential in a doctor office.
