        Poor Business acumen

        Asked Owner operator Philip Mohn for an itemized receipt (parts and Labor) on the replacement of my lift pump for my septic tank. Philip refused to provide me with the details. He stated that was the quote he gave me and it was a turnkey job. All I wanted was details on labor and parts and the man got extremely RUDE. would not do business with him ever again.
