La Cabana Mexican Restaurant

I've been eating at Mama G's for the past 7-8 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Their food always puts a smile on my face....starting with the garlic rolls....then the hand-tossed pizza....topped off with the friendly staff. Mama G's is a definite stop for anyone passing through Clayton on the way to the mountains or river.

My family has eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and we love it! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The second trip, the service was a little slow, but I think they were under staffed that day. Our little girl loved the fish tank on the wall. We ate during lunch time both times and we enjoyed it. We will definitely return.

Pretty good food but not very original.

I know of several people that have experienced staff and management displaying a hateful attitude. My family experienced it also and I was very surprised because it was totally unwarranted! The food has gotten mediocre also. Maybe the attitude has leaked into the kitchen!
