        Overall

        My review would have been good before my grandson's experience of abuse. The supervisor of Tire & Lube, John, has repeatedly treated my grandson with disrespect. There is no excuse for rudeness and it should NEVER be tolerated. NO STARS TODAY! YOU NEED TO WORK ON THIS ONE! I have to give one so that my review will be accepted.



        One day, I went with my car for service and the attendant never acknowledged our presence. we left without service.



        You definitely have something to work on.
