Things Remembered

This store is the absolute worst Things Remembered location I have ever visited. My husband and daughter to surprise me with a personalized snow globe. It came up to somewhere between 76 and 78 dollars which he paid in full up front- only to be told the engraving was messed up and they would personally deliver it the next day- Monday. On Wednesday we still had not received our engraving so I called to be told they didn't have our address or my husbands number and that they would get it to us around 5 pm on the same day. At 641 I called to be told by a rude and unprofessional male voice that they were doing us a favor by delivering what we paid for and that the sales rep was going above and beyond to get our item to us because this wasn't store policy! I was so enraged at this point that I indicated that we were no longer interested in the item but instead wanted to return it. Only to be told we can't get a refund because we don't have the original receipt. I was then hung up on rudely. We drove all the way over to the mall to return the item to be dealt with by two unprofessional, nasty customer reps who called mall security because they didn't want to give us a refund for an item that they had not completed. Thanks for taking something special and ruining it. This branch should change their name to Things F@#ed Up!
