Sango Pharmacy

I would have to say that I am very disappointed at this place. Although it is a cute local business that I would love to use it more often, this will not be the case. I went there to buy a product that I had specific questions about it. the staff helped me with the concerns I had about the different products and reassured this was the correct one. I used it once at home and it indeed had the issue I ws concerned about it.

When I went back a couple of days after, product was in the box, I had receipt in hand. They tested the product, saw that my concern was valid, but did not take the product back. At $45.00 this is something I used once under their recommendation! I am sad to say that I will not be recommending Sango Pharmacy to my friends and family. The staff was not helpful, or friendly to this product. It is very sad to see small local businesses as such... This is the reason why people use bigger national business. They are more crowded but they do stand by the product they sell. Sango pharmacy does not! Btw- there are no signs anywhere in the store or the receipt that talks about their return policy!

Not only is this charming, cozy pharmacy full of unique gifts and healthy products, their service is impeccable! None of the giant chains could get my son's prescription for 6- 8 weeks! I turned in desperation to this little place and Catherine immediately ordered it and had it shipped overnight at no charge. Then, considering the difficulty I'd had and being sympathetic to my horror toward a 5 day school break w an unmedicated severe adhd 7 year old, she called me before the next refill was due to ensure she had it ordered in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. I seriously LOVE this pharmacy. Drop the cold, sterile hustle of wherever you go and get to know these awesome people!

Very friendly pharmacy, Would highly recommend.

I don't know how but my co-pay is cheaper here than anywhere else. Plus, they seem like good folks.
