Sand Bar

The drink prices are fair and have specials that blow other places out of the water. Their draft selections are competitive with buffalo wild wings. The food is suprisingly good. The head cook will make sauces and batters from scratch. Had a burger with kitchen whipped sauce one night and another night I had the chicken tenders. Talked to the main man from the kitchen after he asked me how I thought of it (which it was awesome). That's how I learned about how they made their own chicken tender batter, wing sauces, ranch, blue cheese etc. The blue cheese is thick and chunky. Perfect. I don't care for ranch but their stuff was extra zesty not like a commercial brand. Had it with the seasoned fries, it was good. The staff is nice and friendly not to mention the women are very good looking. There's a good amount of room two pool tables jukebox dance floor, darts and one other arcade style game. Saturday night dj. Back patio smoking area that'll be a volleyball court as well when spring hits supposedly.



That's all well and good, now for the bad.



The location is waaaaay too far from fort campbell. I would compare the distance with O'Conner's. No decor. Seems wierd for a guy to complain but the black paint doesn't make it very attractive if you were to drive by you'd assume it was a dive bar but the inside is better with multiple tv's for the games. Could use more lighting when the dj isn't working and they are doing game night. Food prices could be a little gentler but it's worth it none-the-less.
