I had my truck in yesterday and had a rhino liner sprayed in along with a brush guard, winch, step bars and window visors. the owner todd greene is truly a perfectionist! everything they put on was a perfect fit! Trust me if you're looking to do some stuff to your truck or car call these guys first!! i'm more than completely satisfied with there work and cleanliness of there shop and showroom!! thx again guys i'll be back to see you again!!

Called them, can only imagine the service if you went in the place, to see if they would install a trailer hitch for me and was told that they would not install third party hitches, which I understand. When I asked for a quote to have one installed, the man asked what vehicle. I told him a mustang and thats when the representative of this company that was allowed to deal with a customer began to laugh and tell me that "he ain't installing no trailer hitch on no mustang." The professionalism was thrown out the door. You, as a company that provides a service, should have more compassion for your customers wants and needs, not laugh at them for the vehicle they have. Very disrespectful. Hope that your experience is better. Good luck

I stopped in after work today to look at a bed cover for my truck. I decided on a cover and used my phone to do some quick research to see how the store's price compared to what I could find online. It took about 30 seconds to find the same product being sold for about $100 less. The store's employee let me know the internet would always be cheaper because it didn't include labor. The sales pitch for the product I was interested in included the fact that it came in one piece and could be removed or installed in minutes. Labor was a non-issue for me. If the store could have met me halfway between the internet price and their asking price I would have gladly paid the extra $50 over the internet price and passed on the hour of installation labor that the employee told me was included in their price. Unfortunately I never got a chance to make that offer because the employee let me know that if I was going to compare his prices to the internet then I was wasting his time and mine. Thats when I thanked him for his help and left. I'll be shopping elsewhere for both my bed cover and the step-up bars I am putting on my truck. Rhino Linings of Clarksville gets 2 stars because they had a neat, clean store with several product displays that definitely helped me decide what I wanted to put on my truck. The customer service, however, will keep me from ever going back. Sorry for wasting your time, buddy.

The management is friendly, casual and very knowledgeable about the services that they provide. They are also efficient and fast working. They will probably even know your name on your next visit.
