Overall

I was sold a vehicle with a bad transmission despite mentioning during the test drive that it shifted hard and I suspected a transmission problem only to be reassured that I was just not used to the horse power, the vehicle had been checked out by certified mechanics, and the transmission was fine. Immediately after leaving the dealership, my onstar diagnostic returned a bad transmission code. The best the dealership would offer me was trading it in for another vehicle for 10,000 more dollars saying I purchased it as is and it was my problem. I took the vehicle to a Buick service department and was informed that in fact it did have a bad transmission and it would be a $2100 job. The used car sales manager Winston Angel lied to me saying he listened to my onstar conversation which was verified by onstar that he did not and that would have been a violation of the privacy act. I ended up trading the vehicle at another dealership who treated me honestly and fairly. I would not recommend Mathews Nissan to anyone

I was very disappointed with t...

I was very disappointed with the employees here, I was sitting in my car with my grandson while my daughter and son in law was inside doing paperwork.

three of the employees were standing together at the corner of the building, right next to the front door and they were swearing using awful words that embarrassed me as a woman to be sitting right in front of them. And hearing them talk such language.

It was a hot day, so I had the car door open and was playing with my grandson, enjoying the little breeze.

I noticed that they kept looking at me but didn't stop swearing. I closed the door so I wouldn't have to hear it and it was to hot, and my grandson complained he couldn't see the birds in the tree. I opened the door again and again I was feeling uncomfortable , I had no choice but to hear them with their filthy anguage.

They had no respect for me sitting there. I finally said excuse me, could you not talk like that. I'm sitting here with my young grandchild. One of the guys gave me a look of disgust that I interrupted him and said to the other guys come on, they moved to the edge of building and continued talking. But they didn't lower their voices or stop swearing. If anything they got louder.

I noticed a few people walking around looking at the cars on display and they didn't even bother to go assist anyone. I think this place needs people who want to work and not display such an ugly appearance to the store front.
