I agree with LBJ2012, they are just looking to make money.They couldn't care less about your housing needs. I would stay away from Castle Real Estate if you are looking for a Realtor. The wife is a real (b)itch!

Buyer beware! I had a very poor experience with the owners and operators of Castle Real Estate while they were still with Coldwell Bankers. They lack knowledge of the Clarksville real estate market, demographics, and area. Did very little research or work on my behalf, other than providing a link for real estate listings. When it came to negotiating a bid, it seemed as though the advice given was more for their benefit than the potential buyer or seller. One might say they have a "how can we make the most money" approach - great for the seller, bad for the buyer. Whatever you choose, do not use their personally recommended handy man for your home inspection.
