We had a horrible experience with them. They were rude and talked to me like I was below them. Also they have us the wrong tv! We called to get the one we paid for and they wanted us to being the wrong tv and pick up the right one. Once I told them I couldn't they acted like I was being an inconvenience to them. They said "maybe we can squeeze you in for a delivery" I felt so insulted the entire time. Worst customer service

Customer service does NOT happen here! Do not go to this place. There are plenty of other places in town that actually care about taking care of you! They are bold face liars. Did not deliver my furniture and actually tried to blame it on ME??!! I called throughout the day to try to resolve the situation. They had no interest in trying to help me. They are extremely rude. They never returned my calls, I always had to call them for an update. They closed with out even calling me first to let me know what was going on with my furniture. I have already paid and received NOTHING!! I have filed a complaint with corporate. I would call this place ghetto but they are even below that!! These people are horrible! I wish I could give them negative stars but 1 star was the lowest it will go. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. This is worst place I have ever dealt with. I could go on and on and on. DO NOT go to this place they will rip you off and do absolutely nothing to help you. AVOID THIS STORE!!!!! Keep driving down the road to any other place that actually cares about having your business. Again, these people suck !!!!!!
