Attorney Anderson has over 13 years experience with Pennsylvania real estate, real estate litigation and is a licensed title agent. She represents buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions, including leased lands.
Joseph R. Rydzewski is a graduate of the University of Scranton (1970) and Villanova University School of Law (1973). In addition, he has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate from 1985 thru 1996. He has served as President of the statewide Pennsylvania Defense Institute, a member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel, and is an experienced Civil Litigator in the personal injury, property damage, commercial, construction, and insurance areas.
Medical Malpractice
He currently serves as an Officer and Director of Amos Towers Senior Housing and Co-Chaired the Community Division of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Jewish Federation. He is a past member of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Coal Miner’s Respiratory Disease and was a member of both the Blaine-Nye Commission and the Governor’s Ad Hoc Committee on Medical Malpractice Reform.
He has completed various programs at The National College of Advocacy at Harvard University School of Law, National Estate Planning Institute Certificate at the University Of Wisconsin School Of Law and the Elder Law Institute at Dickinson School of Law.
