Terrible salon. Very unprofessional especially the owner. Stay far away if you value your hair and money.

Been going there for a long time . my entire family goes to him including friends and my girlfriends family. It's a fun environment, I actually like waiting while my girlfriend gets her hair done. Which is rare for a guy to say about a salon. I would recommend to all who want a great hairstyle and great customer experience. My Facebook is attached for those doubters

What the last review didn't tell you was that the salon was going through a renovation.... I went here for the first time this summer and fell in love. I went from a popular designer salon that has its own TV show to them and I wouldn't turn back. They not only fixed a color and cut that left my brown hair fire engine red with a bob up to my ears, they have my hair longer and healthier than its been in a long time. The owner and staff have very loud personalities and if you can handle big personalities then you won't think them disrespectful. Go see Elder and Jenny for cut and color and I've seen Kristy do AMAZING extensions.

After receiving an uneven haircut I was told that the salon doesn't "cater to high maintenance clients" and was treated horribly! All I wanted was for them to correct it, didn't realize that was asking so much!!!!

First time at Indus3 & we're hooked for life! Elder is the best colorist, haircutter, stylist ever! Great personality & funny as hell! Great staff too, everyone is so friendly. Love this salon! You rock Elder! Elderlicious!!!

Elder is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. For the past 8 years, he’s done such a wonderful job with my color and cuts. He just gave me a Keratin treatment and I LOVE it!!! Best decision I ever made - never going back to wavy hair again! Elder, Jenny and Liz are a real pleasure to be around and I love going there!!

I have been with Elder for years and will continue to be for many more. He is a genius with hair. No matter what he decides, its always perfect. Elder and his staff are one of kind, a real pleasure to deal with.

I HIGHLY recommend Inbdus3 for your hair safisfaction (1st time I tried Elder, my best friend took me, absoutely love him and his services, walked out loving my hair. till this day i refuse to go elswhere. I am from Long Island and travel to Indus3 to do my hair...I've been going to Elder for about 6 years, absoutely love him. Elder and his staff are amazing people, always enjoy my time getting my hairdone, looking forward for new looks, different colors, sometimes walking in without clue what i want, all i have to do is leave it up to Elder, he does wonders, I walked out with BIG smile on my face. They are friendly, great personally, such comfortable warming place is like being home.

Elder & his staff at Indus3 are amazing!!! They are friendly, so nice & make you feel comfortable whenever you are there! Elder is an awesome person, is very talented, knowledgable & goes out of his way for you. Everytime I get my hair done by him he makes me feel good & I get so many compliments! Elder is amazing! Even though I may not go in with a particular cut or color in mind, Elder ALWAYS makes me look and feel fabulous!

I have been going to Elder for about 10 years now, and I absolutely LOVE him!!!! He does an awesome job. I always get compliments on my hair from other people. I like to change my hair color quite often, and he always gives me something different!

Elder and his staff are Awesome, Amazing, Fabulous, and Fantastic. I found Elder when he was at his last salon and I followed him to his own salon. He is a master with hair color and scissors. He is comparable to the high priced stylists in NYC except with much reasonable prices. He is the best. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will never leave Elder.

Elder is amazing. When I first enter the salon it was one month before my wedding and I had just lost my hair salon apt. at another salon for the day of my wedding. My friend brought me to elder to see if they were available. Elder quickly called a few people and was able to book my apt. The salon not only opened for me and my bridal party on a sunday they opened extremly early. My hair came out gorgeous and elder saved the most important day of my life!! Thanks!!
