The tennancy there are trouble. Many reported rapes and apartment robberies have occured without the Boro police's as well as without the staff's help in cleaning up the facility. At the bar, there's been cockroaches seen crawling on the floor as well as crawling on the tables, making customers leave. Bartenders have been caught changing the prices of the drinks and pocketing money. Management as well as ownership has been repeadedly told about these issues but has done nothing.

This place years ago used to be a very popular and busy establishment. Understandably its pretty dead anymore. And many who go there now are the troubled kind like the tenancy. If the business removed all the trouble, it would be a great place to socialize again.
