BEWARE! GOG Logistics is the WORST company to deal with! They treated us horribly. Mr. Zhang, the owner, Lily, his wife, James and Wendy, they will fight with you every time products are missing or lost when they overcharge you (ALL THE TIME). We have had A LOT of products stolen from there. Later on we found out that GOG logistics sold our merchandise to overseas under the table !!!! Their inventory system is a mess, every time they send invoice to us, the inventory on the invoice is not accurate! We will be suing them. They will also charge you for inventory that was already shipped out for months on end until you catch them. Anytime you bring up any mistakes they made, Mr. Zhang, Lily, James, Wendy will argue you to death. They have no customer service skills whatsoever at all. Their warehouse is a huge mess, they can't find anything. They won't keep your inventory together, they will just put in anywhere they find space. If you pay at any time late on your bill, they will hold your inventory hostage and will not ship it out for you no matter what. They forget to ship your products out too. They are absolutely the most unprofessional, worst, messy, irresponsible company you can ever in your life deal with!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !
