        I did business with the Colerain location. They promised to meet a deadline & they did not meet it. A lady named Karen never let me get to the boss, & was very rude & unwilling to help. The installer came out very late & then didn't finish the job. I threatened to take them to court & so far have not had any luck in getting my money back. It was a huge fiasco. Stay away from these people. I am going to get some pictures and upload them soon as well. They did terrible cuts in the drywall and then didn't fix it right. Uggh. Horrible experience!
