        The owners of HPP&C use them when house-flipping. So they did major renovations before selling me my house. They sure did a lot of good work, but not all was perfect because they hired some extra help for the large job. So it was a mix of highly competent craftsmen and one or two bad apples who cut corners. For one example, I'm overall quite happy with my box gutters which they rebuilt so well, I only regret that most the paint is coming off them (because somebody didn't do galvanized-appropriate prep work). BTW don't use them for any 2-person electrical work: I've had to undo a couple of code violations I think the apprentice caused.
