Days Inn by Wyndham Sharonville

Booked online, just wanted a place with a pool and breakfast. Got there, the pool is closed. Even called to verify both of those ahead of time. The front desk lady got rude and raised her voice to talk over me when I was asking for a refund so we could go elsewhere. My partner told her he didn't appreciate her talking over me and she told him to just get out. We were out the money we paid and had to drive several hours back home because we couldn't afford paying for ANOTHER hotel. Already had attraction tickets bought for the next day so we were out all of our plans thanks to this rude woman. Thanks Days Inn for the worst experience ever!

I stayed here with my family on a trip to Kings Island one year. We asked for non smoking and they but us in smoking, there was an empty pop can on the floor with cigarette butts in it. The hotel itself was just awful, it was dirty and dingy. I made the reservations ahead of time trying to save a few bucks ... but never again!!
