        I had two storm windows from my front door that were shattered that I needed repaired. I had taken them to Ace Hardware first and they left me hanging for a week, never doing the work. Dave at Andy's did the work in one day and at half the price. I would go back to them again and recommend them as well. Happy.

        DO NOT USE THIS

        COMPANY. I contacted this company weeks ago to have glass replaced in a couple windows. A gentlemen came out to measure the windows and said glass would be available in two weeks. After not hearing anything once the two weeks were up, I contacted their office and every time they said they would check status and get back to me, which they never did. I started contacting them everyday as my house is being sold and I really need the glass replaced. After another two weeks, and asking when glass would be available, it was supposed to arrive this past Monday/Tuesday. I contacted them on Wednesday to inquire and explained the urgency of getting this glass in. I was advised the glass was on a truck and would be installed on Thursday. Then I got a call back saying the glass had come in but it was shattered and cracked. What a joke and what a run around. If you want someone who will do it right I'd suggest Pickens Window Service
