The place on Glenway is terrible. My first time there and the older blonde lady was rude like she did not want to be there at all. She gave me no instructions on how to do anything, I had to keep asking questions and she was wrong on how to start the machine. she said to push the button, come to find out from the little girl working there you hold it down to get the machine to work. after about 4 minutes of the machine not working I told them and they said I was in there for 11 minutes. I was not and they refused to give me a refund or let me get the tan.



Stay away from this company and definitely this glenway location, they treat you like a thief and a liar when they screw up and don't give you your money back.



Side not: Place is not all that clean and the radio was garbage, plus parking lot is small.
