Cicero Dental Associates

Cicero Dental is a fraudulent practice. On numerous occasions, they billed me for services never provided. I am in constant communication, before every dental visit, with our insurance company to make sure I know what is covered for that specific visit. Example, we are only covered for one fluoride treatment per year, I will request for them not to administer fluoride, they abide but then I will receive a bill for fluoride. This time, their office was running over an hour behind, my child was in for her annual cleaning and exam. Because they were so far behind, I had no choice but to leave to get my other children off the bus, therefore no services were performed. Not a cleaning, not an exam and certainly not X-rays. However, the office went ahead and billed my insurance company for these services. We requested notes, as well as the apparent X-rays from that date, there are no office notes from that day. What’s even worse is the X-rays we received are a carbon copy of the previous years X-rays- how we know this is because the image numbers are the exact same as the previous year, they tried to make the image (for the services never performed) smaller, because maybe we wouldn’t have noticed?

This practice also is a revolving door for new Dental assistants and therefore the service is terrible. I don’t have confidence in their quality of care for patience.

I will be reporting them to the New York State Dental Licensing Board as well as filing a claim against them with our insurance company, making other reviews w this information as well as moving forward legally should we need to.

IF YOU HAVE KIDS DON'T GO THERE..

There is 1 doctor that will keep you waiting for decades..and the assistance are super mean and unprofessional.. Last time we went there they cut my daughter lips and got so mad at her..assistant was throwing things around and was so mean to us...i immediately requested a record release and will find another clinic.

Please if you are reading this do not I repeat do not go to Cicero Dental I've never had a cavity ever until I went to Cicero Dental now I have a whole mouthful of cavities and my five-year-old brushes her teeth everyday we're really good with brushing her teeth well she went to go for her first checkup and they said she had a cavity then I said well can I look at the xrays and they wouldn't let me look at the x-ray so when we went to go back there to have it filled I asked for the x-ray to see what to they were feeling I have no idea what they were feeling she was like oh trust me if you don't get this filled its going to need a root canal well that's not what they told me when we first went to have her teeth cleaned they try telling me the last time that it was just something that it was something little and that was that well then they told us when we went through that if we didn't get it filled today then they're going to have to have a root canal I haven't even seen the x-rays to know that as a mother I was very concerned but they tried telling me I need a filling so they got me in before they got her in so I wasn't there to talk to them my boyfriend was her father and he just left I'm still her tooth without my permission and being uncomfortable with it I was thinking maybe he would talk to them or look at the x-ray she's never complained about a toothache before and ever since then her to it has been hurting really bad its been a week or two I thought well maybe you know she's just have to get used to it or something well she's not eating normal she's not drinking its hurting her so bad and not only that they did it to my son whole mouth he has a mouthful of cavities supposably and the only reason why my oldest daughter doesn't have any cavities because she goes to the orthodontist so please beware of Cicero Dental do not take your kids there or please don't go there yourself unless you want Dr dentures they're just trying to get your money please please please
