Don't pay any attention to a previous review. This is by far the best roaster in San Diego, and the nicest couple to deal with. I have been doing business with Bill Coleman for 20 years, and I can attest to his master roasting skills and in-depth knowledge of all that the coffee world offers. In regards to customer service, Bill and Sharon go above and beyond to make sure their customers are informed, trained, and supplied with a complete line of coffee, tea and other specialty coffee bar items. I guess If your looking for great phone skills, go elsewhere, but if you're looking for award winning coffee roasts, this is the place.
