Lanchester Medical Center- H Keith Weiss DO

My family and I were using this practice for years but all have switched recently to more competent practices. This practice has the most incompetent and rudest doctors and staff I have ever dealt with. The staff is just extremely rude unhelpful and unprofessional. There is always extremely long wait times with appointments and the doctors never apologize for the long wait. The practice is a complete dump messy dirty and outdated. All they care about is getting your money they rush through the exam and make you feel like you are bothering them if you have questions or concerns. I have overheard staff members badmouthing other clients. Dr. Weiss is one of the worst people I've ever met. He is the most arrogant uncaring person. I had a history of uti's and went in to see Dr. Weiss one day while having extreme abdominal pain. They found that I had a fever. He refused to give me any antibiotics or check my urine. Instead he told me I needed to wait a week to see a urologist. But gave me no referral paperwork. I left there without getting any help. It got severe later that day and I ended up in the ER with a severe kidney infection. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money dealing with this place. You dont receive good medical care and you get treated horribly by the entire staff.

OH MY, MY, MY! The most incompetent staff! A few weeks ago I scheduled 4 of us to be seen. We arrived and they would only accept ONE. I called the ofc Mgr who apologized, we rescheduled and IT HAPPENED AGAIN! We scheduled 3 kids for immunizations and they only accepted TWO. After that so we stayed, rescheduled my Dtr. My son was to have meningitis and TdAP shots. They refused TDAP saying he didn't need it. I showed them the school letter saying he couldn't return without it, they refused. Today I get a registered letter from the school saying all 7th graders in PA mandated regardless of last time and he's suspended (state forces them to do so, they didn't want to) 'cause of the outbreaks. I called the idiot office workers who said maybe 2 weeks my son could return. I told them I'd bring him when My daughter is seen in 3 days since they refused her visit last time. They said NO! I told them it takes 1 minute (I'm a nurse, too, having worked at an office, this is no big deal and they don't need to charge again 'cause it's their screw up). They said NO so my son will be kicked out of school 'cause of these sphincters! Not one screw-up but 3! 1st visit they refused to see 3 of 4 scheduled, second visit, they refused to see 1 of 3 scheduled and refused a PA mandated shot. They're trying to screw this next visit by delaying suspending my son from school but I'm going elsewhere. DOn't they give immunizations to know PA law? I read the reviews but was stupid thinking "I" would be different, polite and get reasonable service. Nope, the reviews are accurate; Lanchester sucks!
