It's now a business more than medical center. They can't seem to keep doctors or staff. Our family will be going elsewhere.

Dont ever go there. The are rude and all they care about is the all mighty dollar. They care zero about the patients care. I would not even give them one star. I went in here for a bad bad cold as a walk in, just a walk in. I already have a regular doctor and just needed to be seen really fast for my bad chest cold and a xray. They would not see me because I was asked what meds I was on and told them I was on pain meds for my Glaucoma and chronic pain. I was like you got to be kidding. I am here to just be seen for a cold and not establish a regular doctor with you all. So I walk out the door and said thanks for nothing. It was BS. Dont give them your time of day. Continued on 5-11-13 For the Lewis post you have no idea what your talking about as to the facts of how I was treated. I dont have to go into reasons for you as it really dont matter at this point. I was contacted by the manager of Chino Valley Medical after I put in a complaint as to my treatment of being turned away as if I were some drug addict. She the lady I spoke with was very very kind and said how sorry she was that the girl at the counter did that to me. She stated to me it should never have happened. She was very upset by her staffs actions. So I went there today again with a cold and did it happen again to me no it went very well and the man I saw was very kind. I am glad they fixed their problem of turning patients away just because they have a regular doctor that treats them for chronic pain. I would like to see you Lewis live in pain and see if your thoughts on the matter change. I know what you are talking about as far as what others do and how they do it to get drugs. Well let me tell you I am far from a addict of any kind and I dont seek out doctors for drugs. I was going there that first time for a Cold a bad cold in my cheast. And let me remind you it is a urgent care clinic also not just for regular patients. Point made,

Overall

I have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years. I came to them with 2 chronic issues. Everyone has always shown great compassion. My doctor put me on the same meds that my previous doctor put me on. At the moment I face a medical problem that has become overwhelming my doctor has been there for me in everyway possible.

In response to the previous review - it is difficult for doctors to make sure their patients stay safe. I have worked in the field of chemical dependency. I had several clients that would go to 2 or more doctors in one week they would give them perscriptions in good faith. They would go to different pharmacies pay cash and get the drugs they wanted. A therapist working in the same office I was in had a client that died Chrsitmas night. They found in her system 4 different meds prescribed by 4 different doctors. All new to her the previous week. This doctors who work in this practice care enough to say no when it may loose one persons business but in the end it may save their life. Doctors can no longer assume things in regards to clients they do not know and be very careful with those they do know.My doctor works with me to make my life easier in many ways reducing the stress of a very chronic condition.
