sold me an engine that was bad back in june '15. kept giving me run around want unnecessary proof - look u sold me a bad engine mak it right

Gordon's have always treated me right. I pull my own parts and they have always gave me good prices. as long as they let me i will be shopping there

This place is quite a scam...I just bought an ac compressor there and am out over 200.00 in cost and labor because they will not make it right as the one they just sold me leaks in 2 places. I would have to spend another 150.00 to take it out to return it only to get another no doubt faulty one and pay to install that one too. They also denied they said they could install it there when I mentioned that they had told me they could. Now they cannot, makes you wonder how they get them off the cars they sell them from. Am reporting them to the BBB and that is just for starters.

. I called up Gordon's, and the lady that answerd the phone was polite and down to business. Unlike one or two other places, The lady quoted me a really decent price, When i went their to look into finding the seat, the guy that drove me around in (The Beast)(The yard's truck) looking for the right seat gave me an extra little fun by doing a little mudding in The Beast. The guy was down to earth,and( i felt went out of his way to help me find what i was looking for! We finally found the seat,it was a power front seat, the one i was replacing was not a power seat ,but a manual. the Gordan's employee suggested i switch the bottom rails from the busted manual seat over too the electric. IT WORKED! ( I dont think I wouldve thought to do that Thanks! Went to pay for the seat and the Lady at the counter stuck to the quoted price i was given over the phone a couple days earlier! when all is said and done, My experiance with this place of business, was Great compared to other places of the same business! 4 stars from me, and thats because i will never give 5 to anyone:)
