I’ve been to C &D many times over the last four or five years. Scott and Kelly have always been helpful and nice. Mike too when he worked there. I have never seen them give anything but great service and willing to help in anyway possible

C&D IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET WHAT YOU NEED AND IF THEY HAVE it they WILL PULL THE PART FOR A FEW MORE DOLLARS OR YOU CAN PULL IT IF YOU GO IN THEIR WITH AN attitude You will get one back the way every place will do to u if you go their being rude they will be rude back the same way any place will treat you that being said its the greats place to get what u need for ur car or truck or if you need some money it's the best to place to sale ur junk

This business not not deserve any stars! I called yesterday and the man was nice. Then today I go to get the part and the man was very rude and did not want to help me find it or do his job!

Employees are rude and I've never been so scared for my life as when I'm in the yard. That being said, this place is great! Seriously, when pull a part is stripped clean by the masses I know I can always find what I'm looking for at C&D. They have stuff back there THEY don't even know they have!

I went to pull a part for my brother, and was dressed nice bc I didn't plan on doing that on my day off. And when I went to leave the younger guy yelled out "go back up north you f****t". This place should be shut down for one but if you need a part or a garage find a different place. I will never go back I will drive to pull-a-part in Charlotte before I go back there.

These people were very rude! They cussed my disabled husband out when he asked if there was a waiting period on their check for our car with language that would make a primate at a zoo blush. They were also over 30 minutes late to pick up our vehicle with not a call to explain or to warn us. And they weaseled their way out of paying the agreed upon amount, citing the fact of the engine no longer being functional. Everyone knows that most salvaged vehicles are undrivable, and that engines are often reconditioned and sold at a large profit. I strongly advise anyone wishing to use this business not to unless they want to deal with rude individuals bent on verbally abusing and defrauding customers.



Even though this has a 1-star rating, truthfully; I wish I could give them ZERO!

This garage sold us a transmission when we pulled the pan down to change the filter and it was full of debris and mud what kind of company sells a bad transmission.And when we called the shop back we got a guy on the phone was verry rude we will never do buisness here again

This business does not stand behind thier work when they decide to do any work. We bought a transmission from them with the owner's work that they stand behind their product( he meant way behind). We bought the transmission in the middle of Nov. paid to have it put in the truck and it was a bad one. Called the business they said bring it up here and we will fix it. What they meant by fixing it was put some transmission fuild in it and letting it sit in their lot for almost two weeks. When we called they would say I haven't had time call me back tomorrow, when we called back we would get a hostile attitude and a good cussing telling us that we were making them mad. Day after day this went on, we finally got the truck back it will not go into park and we have to start it in neutral.It took a total of two months to get the truck at least drivable. We have written letters to the BBB and we are also going to post this on Craig's List so no one else has to go through this. We have never done business a company that is ok with cussing and ignoring thier customers the way this one has. I have nothing nice to say about this place.
