Absolutely the best in the business. Before starting his carpet cleaning business, Ray installed carpet in Butte County for 20 years that I know of. He has installed, cleaned and repaired over 100 homes for me alone.. He's simply the best there is.. Always a smile, always accommodating, always professional.

Called Ray's when my friend's kid spilled RED Kool-Aid on her Beige carpet, her new Berber carpet. She was devastated and knew it was "ruined" and would have to "get replaced". Tony arrived at 8:45am, 15 minutes early and was super cheerful. He examined the scene of the crime, explained to her the process that was about to unfold and the products he would be using and why those brands versus others. He also gave her some "tricks of the trade" for future spills and accidents. In less than 2 hours he had the red liquid nothing but a thing of the past and her beautifully overpriced carpet looking like new again. Impressive.
