        I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Doug's son lost or sold the grass catcher on my mower. Doug yelled at his son and then turned to me and said I couldn't prove I brought it in with one. I was forced to pay cash to get the rest of my mower back. I can't believe this guy is still in business.

        This guy is nuts! Completely unprofessional, fronted up on me when I questioned the bill at a higher rate then originally quoted. Gave him $200 cash for a $150 bill-he told me I was a piece of sh*t and to get out of his shop, that I was worthless and didn't pay my bills all the while he had my cash in hand! He tried to refuse to give me back my tractor after I paid him. Cussing, ranting and raving in front of my child. This guy is delusional and should not be in business.
