HealthCare Stat

My husband and I have used Healthcare Stat since they first opened their doors in Blanchard. Patients number 25 & 26. To be honest, we count of their availability, their professionalism to give us the care we all deserve. I can say from personal experience, Shawn and his staff have always taken great care of us and have, when necessary, have made the extra call to make sure their treatment is working as planned. It's like going back to my childhood when you could walk in and actually see someone who really cares about you and your family.

I took my son whom is 6 years old here to be tested for the flu. The nurse was rude and had no personal skills. While doing the mouth swap she threw a fit and asked another nurse to help hold my son down because they were shoving things in his mouth and he was scared. How about explaining to the child what you're doing before you shove a swab down his throat. Needless to say my family will not come back.

My husband and I started using this facility in 2016. We have been there for different reasons but we have always been seen promptly. We have never left there not getting whatever we went there for and they have always been very understanding. They provide all kinds of care, from weight management to sore throats.

Dustin Wade and Shawn Bonilla both have taken care of us at different times for different reasons. If you have needs beyond their care, they will refer you to someone that can. Dustin Wade told us that my husband should see an internal medicine doctor, due to his multiple health issues but told us come back anytime we needed something. We use HealthCare Stat, as needed, in addition to our primary care physicians. Great place!!!

Dustin Wade and his team at healthcare stat have treated me numerous times far various illnesses and injuries. Can't recommend them enough. Clean facility, good attitudes and attentive and thorough care; what more could you ask for.

This place was awesome. They were quick and gave me the best treatment and antibiotic and I immediately started getting better. I have never heard one complaint about this clinic and I know many people who go there on regular basis. Their staff is awesome. I would never consider going anywhere else, especiallly to an E.R.!!

If you have been in any kind of accident don't stop here. They won't see you.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have a broken hand and somebody who got there after me who had no appointment, was seen before me. Went in at 2:17 and at 3:55 I finally walked out. The doctor did call at 4:40 after noticing that his next patient wasn't there, and said "ya, we were really busy today", which was nice, but didn't help me. They didn't live up to their healtcare STAT name, and I wouldn't even go there if I was dying... because you won't be getting any help.

Quick, efficient, and filled with knowledgeable staff that care for patients as individuals and not just numbers. I've been there several times and I've always been seen by the physician within 10 minutes of arrival, and am usually heading to my pharmacy within 30 minutes.
