        Packages have continued becoming lost someone or many someone's are thieves stealing packages cannot believe they continue to let this happen we need to get together and put a stop to this

        Have been waiting for a package since May 1st. Tracking says "Item processed thru ISC Chicago, IL May 8th. It's now May 22nd. No further tracking info listed. There are HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS of complaints about this USPS...let's get the media involved, go to CNN and if enough people send a complaint about (ISC) Chicago USPS, they'll do a story. I can't believe the huge number of complaints all over the web! It's time to notify CNN maybe an investigative journalist can find out what's going on. It can't hurt...I can't believe the Postmaster General hasn't issued a statement. Rude staff, horrible rumors about theft of international parcels, or parcels that just "vanished" without any reason, and no one accountable. Contact CNN & lets see what we can do...these people need to answer for this. I've ordered parcels from China that went through Customs in NY and received parcels in 5-10 business days. I don't believe Chicago is busier than NY.

        Seems to be the slowest sorting in the whole of USA. Have mailed items from all over the USA, but Chicago is the slowest! Many cities have a turnover time of mail in a couple of hours, but Chicago's turnover time is days!

        Employees need to learn customer service skills.

        They are fairly quick here when you have to stand in line to mail something, but some (not all) of the employees have bad attitudes and ya know, it gets real old. I see them treating people not so nice. They could be more professional in their attitudes but I really think the place is under poor management so I don't know who's to blame. I much prefer the Bedford Park post office and only go to this one because it is the closest to where I live and if I don't have time to drive further. Delivery service needs improvement too. Ripped mail, no mail, mail delivered to the wrong address. Things like this. It's very frustrating but what choice do I have other than to move?
