The Children's Place

I used to be a big fan of The Children's Place, but I recently had to exchange some gifts one my kids was given (without a gift receipt) & now I will never shop there again! In Oct 2013 The Children's Place changed their exchange policy: They'll no longer except exchanges other then EXACT exchanges without a paper receipt. They would not even give store credit!!! I tried to exchange an outfit that we were given the wrong sizes for. There were 3 items: The 1st, the store didn't have the same color item in the correct size, but did have a different color item in the correct size. I was told this wasn'tt an exact exchange. I could drive to a different store that had one left, but they'd only hold it for me until the end of the day. The 2nd item wasn't even made in the correct size, so I was told "Sorry, there is nothing we can do for you". The 3rd item at the time of the exchange, was only available on-line, so I was told I had to exchange it on-line. BOYCOTT THIS STORE'S POLICY
