they did not have any green tea! Exactly! No green tea at 9am. Are you kidding me. This is the second time in a month I have ask for my any green tea, and once again, none. Come on your Starbucks. You guys are lacking. Both times I was not even offered a discount or a complimental discount on my next order. Really! I see you giving compliments all the time. Kinda disappointing coming directly from your manager. Great customer service. I might give you guys a try next time I forget you don't have green teas. Twice in two weeks, sorry no excuse. I ended up ordering a coffee. :-( Step up your game #20797 location.
