See Thru Chinese Kitchen

The restaurant titled itself "See Thru" so that people can see the cooking area to eliminate the stereotypes associated with Chinese restaurants, especially with China and relative covid-19 issues.

Currently they put up heavy plastic over the open area that customers cannot see through. They say it is to protect from covid-19, but they could have placed plexiglass, glass, or a plastic that can be seen through and did not, because they don't want the customers to see through to the kitchen and cooking area and my question is "why not"?. I sincerely hope more customers make this complaint, to the restaurant, online or to city and State officials, because they need to know that we are not stupid and why do they not want us to see through to the kitchen area.

If they are advertising as a see thru (through) Chinese restaurant then we should be able to see through!! It is time for them to correct this issue!

THIS PLACE HAS NICE SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. TRY THE EGG ROLLS,SHRIMP W/ LOBSTER SAUCEAND THE SHRIMP EGG FOO YOUNG. YUMM.
