Pizza Hut

Anyone who wants crappy service, games played with their food & money.....go to the 6700 S. Stony Island. After placing my order online, being told it was ready, once I got to the store....I was told they didn't have some ingredients, and they couldn't call me because THEIR phone line was busy. My order showed it was ready on their info board in the store, but I was told by the cashier that it was broken. After waiting for more than 20 minutes without any employees being in the front of the store, I called for someone loudly from the back to demand a refund from the manager. I was told the manager was in the bathroom by the cashier. When the manager finally came from the back she had 1 of the 3 pizzas I order, and said, "do you want the pizza or the money"? I got my money and got out of there. I took my $49 dollars down to KFC, and from now on I will never visit that location ever again. The managers name is LANE, and she suck at being a manager, she must know someone. CUSTOMER SERVICE GRADE (F). Keep letting customers walk out of your doors and you will be in BANKRUPTCY COURT soon.

THEIR NASTY!!! I ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS LAST MONTH FROM THEM. THE GUY DROP ONE WING ON THE FLOOR, SCOOPED IT UP FROM THE FLOOR ND TRY TO SNEAK BY PUTTING IT INTO THE BOX! I GOT MY MONEY BACK AFTER VIEWING THAT AND CALL HEALTH INSPECTORS ON THAT PLACE. THAT PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

The quality of the service was bad... the younge lady that took my order was rude, she laughed and started a conversation about where I wanted my order delivered (very rude)which was even worst was it took 2 hrs to get the pizza.

The quality of the food was worst, when I finally recieved the pizza my order was incorrect(of course) and it was ice cold, and of course they charged me for my extras but didn't put them on the pizza as ordered.

I do not recommend this Pizza Hut they are just way too "hood". I'm pissed.

THE EGG ROLLS AND FRIED RICE ARE DELICIUOS. AND IF YOU LIKR EGG FOO YOUNG THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME.

See Thru chinese kitchen has some good ideas on food items. I enjoyed a tofu meal. The service is great and so is the quality of food. If you are in the neighborhood or stuck in traffic...take a peek!
