        Overall

        Will never use the services of any Kale Realty agent in the future. Purchased a condo in North Chicago through on of their agents and she practically was a force backwards for the transactions instead of helping and doing her job. The sale was about not to get through at some point and I had to tell her how to do her job to avoid that. She was completely unresponsive after the closing and did not even get me through to the seller to receive the keys.



        They seem not to provide adequate training to their agents and they did not care to have details when I sent them; i.e, Kale Realty, a complaint about what happened.
