i needed some ridgid battery's and home depot was not helping me and ridgid was giving me the run around. the guys at j & r hydraulic looked me up on the ridgid warranty and got me all new battery's and they even looked at my charger and my drill for my found out that my switch was bad on my drill and they fixed that too. if you need your tool fixed go to j&r hydraulic service.
