THE BEST CHINESE TAKE OUT EVER. I'M JUST SADDENED THAT THY DON'T DO DELIVERS. I KNOW I WOULD PAY ALITTLE EXTRA.

The best on the southside

Hoe Toy is a great restaurant. The food has a taste like no other. I began eating at this establishment as a child.....many years ago. As an adult, I will drive in to the city and through the southside to indulge in this food. What is even more awesome is that the level of customer service and quality has not been sacrificed over the years. This one is definitely here to stay. I would encourage anyone to eat here.
