We hired this contractor to install a roof in 2017. Silver coating resealing of the entire roof every 3 years was included in the contract. However I’ve contacted Fernando several times to schedule a date/time for getting this work done. He has not shown up for any of the dates and times that he committed to coming out nor has he called to reschedule. He’s no longer responding to phone calls nor text from me regarding this. It seems that after he’s gotten paid for a job he no longer commits to anything follow-up work that is included in the contract. He’s proven to be unreliable and dishonest. DO NOT do business with him!

Paid for new roof 1 year later my roof started leaking causing significant water damage in my home. Fernando gave multiple excuses as to why he could not come out to repair his work that did not hold up for even a year. I also show no record of him being licensed. He does not provide a license number and his business "FI General Contractors" was dissolved in January 2017. *******HOMEOWNER BEWARE HE IS MISREPRESENTING HIMSELF AS A LICENSED CONTRACTOR***** The roof I paid thousands for has still not been repaired months later now as the interior of my home continues to receive water damage.
