Dear Express Covenant Coach, I just want to thank you and Jose Arias for such a wonderful job you did for us this past Wednesday, April 21, 2010 for our rally buses to Springfield, IL. Everything went according to plan, Jose even showed up at 5:45am to see if there was anything he could do to help load the buses. That's great customer service! Most charter service providers don't even have the courtesy to thank clients for the business, but Jose always goes out of his way to make sure his clients are well taken care of, and THAT sets him apart from all the rest. We will be planning our next rally soon and we will definitely use your services through Jose and Chicago Bus Network.
