1) cab driver stated he will charge rate plus a half " when we were already in the middle of the freeway". This company totally was a rip off. I am visiting from another state and they took the opportunity to fool someone. Plus he kept adding toll fees that summed up to $10.00 plus he had other charges. It was too late for me to get down the cab. He said " chicago to warrenville" since its a suburb i need to charge rate and a half. So for 25 miles i had to pay $108
He didnt know how to use the gps
Plus took the long roads

cab #2159 was rude drove recklessly and smoked a cigaret in the cab and over priced me because my destination was out of his way. last time i deal with this taxi company.

I should have read these reviews before I started using using this company! I have missed two flights waiting on these jokers. Save yourself the trouble and frustration - go with someone else!!!!

Left me stranded trying to get to Wrigley Field for Brad Paisley Concert. Left my car at a friend's house in the city. Dispatch told me 5 to 30 minutes for a pick up to Wrigley. After 35 minutes no cab, no call. I called and the dispatcher told me no one wanted to take the fare to Wrigley. Great why didn't you call back. He was too "busy" he said. Had to hop a bus and missed the first performer. Also, very rude on the phone.

THEY ARE RUDE, NASTY AND UNCARRING!

I CALLED IN TO GET A CAB AT MY HOUSE AND IT NEVER CAME SO I HAD TO CALL IN TO GET ANOTHER CAB TRY BLUE CAB THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD SERVICE I CALLED THEM AND THE WHERE HERE IN 10 MINUTES AND CONTACTED ME RIGHT AWAY TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD A TAXI AVAILABLE

I was traveling in Chicago on business and mistakenly left my wallet in one of their cabs. The dispatcher somehow tracked down the driver who then called me on my cell phone. He then drove to the restaurant I was at and gave me back my wallet with everything in tact. I thanked the driver and wanted to give him a small reward for getting me my wallet and helping me avoid tremendous anguish since I was supposed to fly home then next day, but he refused. All this happend within an hour. This was a wonderful experience and this company and driver should be commended for doing a great deed. Who could ask for better customer service!
