Dave's Red Hots

I grew up on this hot dogs, and the texture and flavor are like no where else. I've been going here for 52 years and it's still the same stock! They are fantastic! And the fries are also 'out of this world'! They are fresh, hand-cut fries, and they have a constant fresh stream, because they are always so busy.Also for less than $3, you get a lot for your money. Always plenty of fries. They aren't stingy with them. The neighborhood is rough-but you won't have to linger here long. But they do have adequate booths were you can sit. There's no air-conditioning, but the fans are more than efficient. I absolutely love this place, and hope they will be here 50 years to come. It is an extremely relaxed environment-but as I say, it's in a rough neighborhood, so definitely watch your back, and your purses, and or pockets! Sandra L. Stewart
