Chicago Yacht Works has always given me excellent service. Lots of great changes have been taking place since ownership has changed a couple years ago. Megan in service is always very responsive and helpful with any issues.

I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the Chicago yard yard. I've had the pleasure of storing and working on my boat there now for a couple of years. Being in the yard almost everyday I was able to meet and work with just about everyone who works there.



I see a lot of other boaters come in at the last minute twice a year, not to mention the busiest time of year as well, (spring and fall) and start demanding things and acting like they're the only ones in the world. Most boaters that I know are a very high strung pushy crowd who are used to getting there own way, I get it... and I think I might be one too!



In closing, I have to say that the Chicago yacht yard has everything you'll need from a boat yard, fast, friendly, organized, cooperative, clean and has a great location. All and all it's a very nice place to do business and store your boat at!

I've stored here for many years and never have had any major complaints. The new ownership has done a great job giving a good value for the cost. I've had them detail my boat while in storage and have always been amazed at what a great job they do. I also find them to be very honest and fair with any mechanical work they've done. I've asked their advice on a number of items and I find they are concerned about me as a customer not about trying to sell me something.

What a difference a year makes! CYW brings in a new service manager and THINGS GET DONE - 180 degree improvements in customer service, overall helpfulness, and most importantly COMMUNICATION... Ownership (Rob Hannah) has made big strides to deliver a top of the line facility. Keep up the good work CYW.
