        5th District resident (Pullman)

        Very good CAPS program and beat officers (Officers Payne and Williams). Officer Armstrong is a very good CAPS meeting leader. Sargent Cooney is also very good and has helpful ideas for residents.



        All are genuinely interested in the saeftey of our neighborhood and distict.



        As residnets, we really appreciate all of thier dedication and hard work.
