Since 2015, we’ve been happily serving the Chicago community one BWK bowl at a time. We believe in daily prep, which is why we marinate and grill our meats, make and mix our sauces, and chop our colorful vegetables bright and early everyday. We also love celebrating each season with new and exciting menu additions based on available local produce and exciting flavors. Our menu is gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, and all of our homemade sauces are vegan. Please talk to us about any allergy or dietary preference you may have.
