Armand's Plumbing and HVAC

Armand has helped me numerous times! He shows up at a moment's notice, addresses the problem, explains it thoroughly and solves it for a reasonable price. He's the first guy I call when something breaks at my house!

I called this guy up and I asked him if he does free estimates. He said yeah and then he asked if I'm the owner of the building, which to I reply of my situation that I'm not really the owner, but I've been put in charge of the facility. He told me to go somewhere else and was very rude about it and loudly slammed the phone in my ear.
